Who We Are
Mimi Ice Cream, Inc. was established back in 2012, in Armenia, with its full focus on serving high quality soft serve ice cream. Today, we operate in more than 20 locations within Armenia, and are considered to be one of the leaders in the soft-serve ice cream market.We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
This year, our experts underwent enhanced training at Italy's world-famous Carpigiani Frozen Desert University, where they received high professional qualification on producing ice cream, gelato, sorbetto, and more.
Having highly qualified experts like this, the Mimi Team has made the decision to launch the very first Mimi Ice Cream shop here in the US. We will serve our customers handcrafted, super-premium Ice Cream.
Our experts have already created over 200 unique flavor recipes, from which the 20 best flavors will be showcased in our store. 12 of these flavors will be available year-round, while the other 8 will be roatated regularly, depending on the month or season. We're confident that we will quickly find our place in the American Market, and of course in the hearts of our customers.
